Back cover is heavyweight black pen safe back with elastic closure/bookmark and pen loop. a free dynamic pen comes inserted in the loop. 80 inside sheets of 60 lb. white offset paper, printed front and back with stock wellness art. Great product for rehabilitation centers or health clubs. Stock note sheets are printed in black on front and back to allow for easy documentation of wellness/nutrition.
